What does PTFA stand for?
Parents, Teachers and Friends of Trellech Primary  School

What is the PTFA?
It is a combination of an elected committee and members who enjoy helping out at various functions. There are a few meetings held each term open to anyone to attend. We meet at school usually in the evening.

What does the PTFA do?
The two main objectives are to raise funds for the school and to organise fun events for our children to take part in.

What has the PTFA done recently?

  1. Paid for a party for all children to celebrate 20th Anniversary
  2. Purchased trestle tables
  3. Purchased equipment for foundation phase
  4. Bought resources for KS2
  5. Purchased paints for mural in junior corridors
  6. Paid for secure fencing around pond

How can you help?

  1. Come along to the meetings and help plan new fundraising or social events
  2. By supporting the events organised for your children and attending those directed at parents
  3. You might want to offer to help on a stall at the Christmas Fayre or donate items for the tombola and bottle stalls
